The trend plot shows gene expression dynamics across time points, and the gene cluster table displays soft-clustering membership probabilities for each gene. GO/KEGG enrichment analysis reveals biological processes associated with each temporal cluster, where only the top 20 enriched terms are visualized and complete tables are available on the download page.
